Xero integrates hundreds of apps, so we can often integrate the tools that you use every day. If there’s not a Xero integration available, we can also explore using Zapier to get things synced up.

You’ll start by working with a dedicated Onboarding Accountant whose work is reviewed by a Controller. Once onboarding is complete, you’ll receive a dedicated Client Accounting Manage, supported by a Client Accounting Associate. Just like during onboarding, your file is always reviewed by a Controller who performs an exhaustive review before the financials land in your inbox.

Yes! We work with clients with books in a wide variety of states as well as those who don’t have any books at all. 

The time it takes to get you set up in Xero will depend on the complexity of your business and how far back we need to go, but generally, the onboarding process takes about five weeks.

We never lock our clients into long-term contracts and only ask for four weeks’ notice should you need to cancel. This gives us enough time to transition your setup to your new accounting team, and provide assistance should they have questions once they take over.
